Returns & Exchanges

At Scalpers Row, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account on scalpersrow.com and go to Order History.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (for eligible orders) or instructions for self-shipping.
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include all tags.
  5. Ship your return back to us using the provided label or your preferred carrier.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • For size or color exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
